About MEOW
MEOW (Millennials English Olympics Week) is the biggest and the most spectacular English olympics in Indonesia organized by Swiss German University. The theme for MEOW 2019 is “SPREAD YOUR WINGS AND FLY HIGH”, we hope that through this competition the participants will able to enhance their English skills so they would reach their success.

British Parliamentary (BP) debate is a common academic debate and is the official debate style of the World Universities Debating Championship (WUDC). Challenge yourself by joining BP Debate competition!
News Casting
In this twist on traditional news casting events, participants should invent a believable news item and report on it. Become a prominent news caster by joining News Casting competition!
Battle of The Brains
Battle of the Brains competition is a general knowledge/trivia quiz in English for groups of 3 people. Train your brains by joining Battle of the Brains competition.
Pitch It
In this category, groups of 3 participants will present a new and innovative business idea to the judges (investors) in 3 minutes. Enhance your business intuition by joining Pitch It! competition.
Short Drama
Groups of 3 - 5 people will present a short situational drama (8-10 minutes) of their choosing. Groups will only have 2 minutes to prepare/set up on the day, including setting up props etc. Become a drama king/queen by joining Short Drama competition.
STEAM Talk
In this competition, the participants will present a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts or Mathematics) related talk between 6 and 7 minutes in length. Increase your STEAM knowledge by joining STEAM Talk competition.
Scrabble
Scrabble is a quick-thinking, hectic version of the classic word game. Your knowledge of English vocabulary will be tested in this competition. Become a excellent Wordsmith by joining Scrabble competition.
Role With It!
The aim of this category is for participants to appropriately respond to questions and statements and to try to figure out what the situation is. Conquer any situation that needs fast response by joining Role with It! competition
Creative Writing
Participants will have 90 minutes to write a creative piece between 550 and 650 words. A choice of topics will be presented on the day. Level up your creative writings by joining Creative Writing competition.
Genenral English Test
The GET is a 100-question, 90-minute general English test which assesses participants’ knowledge of grammar, vocabulary and general English usage. Improve your English skills by joining GET competition.
