The General English Test (GET) is a 90-minute paper-based test that covers a range of general English language elements such as reading comprehension, grammar and vocabulary. The GET will consist of 90 multiple choice questions (1 per point per question) and a short writing task (10 points). If participants get the same scores out of the 90 multiple choice questions, then the judges will decide the winners based on the content and accuracy of the short writing task.

Participants will not be allowed to use their handphone, laptop or any other digital device, nor any hand written or printed notes. If a student does attempt to use one of the above during the competition, they will be disqualified.

The winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
